Obtain the mergers and acquisitions each company took part in, as the acquirer or as the target, based on the merger filings (S-4) with the SEC. Every deal comes with the other party, the filing date and a link to the filing.

The search uses the company name from the profile, so the profile is retrieved first when it is not available yet. Deals of companies with a similar name are left out: only the deals in which the ticker itself is involved are kept.

Automatically filtered to this Toolkit instance’s start_date and end_date.

Also known as: M&A, acquisitions, mergers, takeovers.
