Insider Trade Statistics
Obtain quarterly statistics on the trades of each company’s insiders (officers, directors and large shareholders), based on their Form 4 filings: the number of acquisitions and disposals, their ratio, the number of shares acquired and disposed of, and the number of open market purchases and sales.
Insiders know their company best, so heavy buying can signal confidence while persistent selling can be worth a closer look. Note that many disposals are routine, such as sales to cover taxes on vested stock awards.
Automatically filtered to this Toolkit instance’s start_date and end_date.
Also known as: insider trading, insider transactions, Form 4 statistics.
