These terms cover this website (jeroenbouma.com) and my own tools. They are short on purpose.

YouTube API Services

Some of my tools use the YouTube API Services. Anyone who uses a tool of mine that relies on the YouTube API Services agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

The tool that does this today is the Market Watcher uploader. It is a private tool that only I use, to upload my own videos to my own YouTube channel. It is not offered to anyone else.

How these tools handle data is described in my Privacy Policy, which also links to the Google Privacy Policy.
